7-Day Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer a completely free exchange process. Contact our WhatsApp support with your order number and the required size, and we will initiate a reverse pickup and ship the replacement once the original item is received.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. For COD orders, refund links will be sent to the registered email address or phone number. A flat ₹100 handling fee is deducted from all returns to cover reverse logistics.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as 'Final Sale' or acquired during a rapid drop clearout are non-returnable.
